The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easily accessible for business guests. It is also very close to the tram stop at Paradeplatz, allowing for convenient transportation around the city. the hotel is situated near the river and St Peters church, providing guests with picturesque surroundings. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and modern bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The included breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options.
The parking situation can be problematic, as there is no parking available at the hotel and the surrounding parking options are limited and expensive.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located just off the busy shopping street Banhofstrasse. The location was perfect, very close to the river and right in the center of the old town. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a neat little workout room and a nice lounge for drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was efficient and friendly.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We loved staying at this place! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. There were plenty of nice restaurants located nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they even offered us a welcome drink upon arrival. the service was excellent.
We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast at Sorell Hotel was absolutely fantastic! They had a great variety of options and I loved that it was available until noon every day. The staff at check-in were also very professional and helpful.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms. the hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas, the lake, and the old town. the staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained.
the hotel is not easily accessible by chauffeur rides due to the design of the entry streets, which can be challenging when carrying heavy luggage.
